Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance and support to junior testers in the team in creating test cases, executing test plans, and resolving issues. - Design, develop, and review test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for mobile and web applications, especially those related to payment and policy services. - Perform manual testing with a focus on front-end and end-to-end user experience on both iOS and Android platforms. - Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify expected outcomes. - Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing prior to releases. - Document test results, update defect logs, and contribute to UAT preparation. - Share knowledge and best practices with the team to improve testing efficiency and consistency. - Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met throughout the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications

Thai nationality
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably with experience in mobile applications and payment systems (Banking, Insurance or related field)
Solid knowledge of manual testing methodologies
Minimum 1 year of experience in mentoring junior team members or leading a QA/testing team
Experience in working within a collaborative QA or Agile team environment.
Ability to create clear and effective test cases, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Familiar with testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
