Job Descriptions- Receive and confirm customer POs via email, ensuring accuracy of material codes, pricing, and delivery dates.
- Process sales contracts and orders in SAP and update any changes promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Production, QC, Logistics) to manage order status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Work with Finance to release blocked orders and resolve related issues.
- Address customer complaints by coordinating with Sales and Technical Services and issuing CAPA or CN when required.
- Support the Sales team with customer service-related tasks.
- Identify areas for improvement in sales and customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
- Partner with the Sales team to manage stock control and achieve company targets.
- Ensure smooth communication with all internal departments.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s in business administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in export coordinator or sales coordinator in manufacturing or FMCG business are preferable.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good computer skill, Microsoft office and SAP.
- Have good service-minded attitude.
- Emotionally stable and can politely handle stressful conversation.
