Job Descriptions

- Supervise and manage workplace safety, occupational health, special equipment, and fire protection systems. - Coordinate with third-party evaluators and ensure compliance with all safety and health regulatory requirements; maintain compliance records. - Conduct internal inspections and audits; follow up on corrective actions. - Coordinate with relevant departments and factories on safety, health, equipment, and fire issues. - Support government inspections and handle day-to-day liaison on safety-related matters. - Participate in investigations of safety incidents, fire hazards, and work-related injuries. - Oversee implementation of occupational health activities, including employee health checks and record management. - Support the management of on-site fire response teams and control rooms. - Participate in safety and environmental reviews of new, modified, or expanded projects. - Manage special equipment inspections and ensure compliance of special operation personnel. - Supervise and control high-risk operations to prevent incidents. - Guide risk assessments and collect safety risk registers from all departments. - Organize safety, fire protection, and special operations training; oversee emergency drills. - Ensure hazardous chemical storage complies with Thai regulations and international safety standards. - Develop annual safety plans and detailed safety reports for hazardous substance storage. - Provide complete and accurate information to the Department of Industrial Works in case of incidents. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety or related fields.
Valid Professional Safety Officer License (จป.วิชาชีพ) and Professional Registration Certificate (บฉ.4) are required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety engineer role in a manufacturing environment.
Prior experience as a safety/EHS supervisor is an advantage.
Good understanding of Thai laws and regulations related to safety, occupational health, hazardous materials, and fire protection.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage frontline workers.
Able to work under pressure and accept emergency overtime when needed.
Basic Chinese communication skills are a plus.
