Job Descriptions
-Drive continuous improvement and closed-loop quality issue management across all stages: R&D, production, and after-sales at the Thailand site.
-Take charge of vehicle quality incidents and dispute resolution, ensuring effective analysis and countermeasures.
-Manage and confirm PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for vehicle body system-related products.
-Build and maintain a quality knowledge base to support future product development and continuous improvement.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Chinese communication skills are a strong advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
