1.กำหนดแผนงานพนักงานและติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมจัดฝึกอบรมสำหรับพนักงานใหม่ Plan and monitor staff performance; provide training for new employees. 2.จัดการการจองของลูกค้าและให้บริการที่มีคุณภาพ รวมถึงดูแลแขก VIP Manage customer reservations and deliver high-quality service, including VIP guests. 3.ตรวจสอบและควบคุมสต็อกวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ครัว โดยประสานงานกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อและซัพพลายเออร์ Ensure adequate stock of ingredients and kitchen equipment by coordinating with purchasing teams and suppliers. 4.ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยและสุขอนามัยของโรงอาหาร Enforce safety and hygiene standards across the canteen. 5.ดูแลคุณภาพการบริการลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุด Supervise customer service to maintain quality and satisfaction. 6.ส่งเสริมการขายและจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ Promote sales and implement activities to achieve business goals. 7.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การทำงานราบรื่นและแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving. 8.บริหารงบประมาณโรงอาหารเพื่อควบคุมต้นทุน Manage the canteen’s operating budget to ensure cost control. 9.กำกับดูแลการดำเนินงานประจำวัน ทั้งส่วนหน้าบ้านและหลังบ้านให้มีประสิทธิภาพ Oversee daily operations of the canteen, ensuring efficient performance of both front and back of house.

Qualifications

มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในร้านอาหารหรือธุรกิจบริการจัดเลี้ยง, Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or catering operations.
มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง สามารถบริหารและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ทีมได้, Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ใส่ใจรายละเอียด และจัดการการทำงานของครัวได้อย่างราบรื่น, Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์และทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
