Job Descriptions

- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparing ingredients for daily operations. - Oversee food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure it meets kitchen standards. - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition. - Manage inventory levels, check ingredient quality, and coordinate purchasing when necessary. - Develop new seasonal menu items and calculate food cost per dish. - Supervise and train kitchen staff to follow recipes and food preparation standards. - Report kitchen operations and issues directly to the Head Chef.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen operations.
Strong knowledge and skills in Thai cuisine.
Able to work under pressure.
Responsible, detail-oriented, honest, patient, and able to handle unexpected problems effectively.
Capable of training and guiding new staff members.
Able to perform assigned tasks efficiently as directed by the Head Chef.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen area.
