Job Descriptions
- Prepare and manage purchasing documents such as Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) for solar cell equipment and project materials.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth procurement and project execution.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external partners regarding solar cell installation and maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project documents, contracts, and related files.
- Provide administrative support to project teams and assist in general office tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of Chinese or at least English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
- Experience in renewable energy or solar cell industry will be an advantage.
