Job Descriptions

• Assess and approve insurance applications and calculate premiums for clean cases (standard cases). • Review policyholders' information, including supporting documents. • Input policyholder data from insurance applications and acceptance letters into the system. • Follow up on policy renewals to ensure policies are issued before renewal due and sent to clients. • Prepare renewal notices if there are changes, calculate premiums, and propose premiums accordingly. • Process policy cancellations within the system. • Coordinate with relevant departments and respond to general inquiries. • ประเมินและอนุมัติใบสมัครประกันภัย รวมถึงคำนวณเบี้ยประกันสำหรับกรณีมาตรฐานที่ไม่มีประเด็นซับซ้อน • ตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้เอาประกันภัย รวมถึงเอกสารประกอบการสมัคร • ป้อนข้อมูลผู้เอาประกันภัยจากใบสมัครและหนังสือยอมรับเข้าในระบบ • ติดตามการต่ออายุกรมธรรม์เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ากรมธรรม์จะถูกออกก่อนวันครบกำหนดและส่งให้ลูกค้าเรียบร้อย • จัดเตรียมหนังสือต่ออายุกรมธรรม์ในกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง คำนวณเบี้ยประกันและเสนอเบี้ยประกันตามที่เหมาะสม • ดำเนินการยกเลิกกรมธรรม์ภายในระบบ • ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องและตอบข้อซักถามทั่วไป

Qualifications

ฺBachelor’s degree in relevant fields (สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (มีความชำนาญในการใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint))
Good communication and coordination skills (มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการประสานงานที่ดี)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized (มีความรับผิดชอบ ใส่ใจรายละเอียด และมีการจัดการงานอย่างเป็นระบบ)
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously (สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และสามารถจัดการงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้)
