Job Descriptions

-Oversee and implement the team’s operations including production activities, labor discipline, quality control, attendance, 5S practices, and safety compliance. -Communicate effectively to identify, resolve, and mediate work-related issues or conflicts within the team; provide coaching and support to improve employee performance. -Offer hands-on technical guidance and support to team members during production operations. -Manage and supervise the team’s use of PPE (personal protective equipment), safety supplies, production tools, and knives; coordinate damage reporting, disposal, and purchasing. -Organize team meetings and training sessions; ensure clear communication of company policies, department rules, and meeting outcomes. -Assign daily work tasks and coordinate personnel movement or transfers within the team as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or above.
Familiar with the use and maintenance of various measuring instruments and tools.
Solid knowledge of mechanical and automation equipment installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used computer software.
Good communication skills in English or Chinese.
