Job Descriptions

-Analyze complex product specifications, component drawings, and other engineering data to develop new manufacturing processes; estimate time for each step and prepare operational documentation -Analyze existing production processes to recommend changes in methods and procedures to reduce risks, costs, and waste; improve productivity, efficiency, and product consistency -Participate in new project development by designing production processes and preparing technical documentation such as Process -Design Specifications, FMEA, Control Plan (CP), SOP, etc. -Lead new product pilot runs and mass production introduction to ensure smooth production launch and strict implementation of controlled process documents across all stages. -Define appropriate parameters based on equipment characteristics to ensure normal machine operation, maximize OEE, and maintain product quality -Understand material characteristics for different processes and develop effective machining/processing plans -Design process standards and write detailed and effective process documentation for experimental or new setups

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in process engineering.
Experience with manufacturing processes, equipment optimization, and process documentation.
Familiarity with BMS or battery-related production processes is a plus.
