Job Descriptions-Organize and promote after-sales complaint analysis and continuous improvement
-Optimize after-sales return and repair processes as well as basic manufacturing processes
-Handle incoming material, in-process, and outgoing quality control, including abnormality management
-Participate in new product development and trial production; formulate inspection standards and quality control plans for new products
-Monitor quality-related data and analyze trends
Analyze product and process failure causes and propose improvements, suggestions, and action plans
-Conduct corrective actions for non-conformities and implement/verify preventive measures
