Job Descriptions

-Organize and promote after-sales complaint analysis and continuous improvement -Optimize after-sales return and repair processes as well as basic manufacturing processes -Handle incoming material, in-process, and outgoing quality control, including abnormality management -Participate in new product development and trial production; formulate inspection standards and quality control plans for new products -Monitor quality-related data and analyze trends Analyze product and process failure causes and propose improvements, suggestions, and action plans -Conduct corrective actions for non-conformities and implement/verify preventive measures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (fresh graduates are welcome), or diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings; proficient in drafting.
Familiar with product quality laws and ISO9000 standards.
Knowledge of quality management methodologies and key quality terms.
Strong planning and budgeting management skills.
Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and Excel.
