Job Descriptions

Design and develop new manufacturing processes based on production needs. -Optimize current production processes to improve efficiency, reduce manpower, and ensure product quality. -Create and update process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and process flow charts. -Analyze and resolve issues related to quality, equipment, and production abnormalities. -Evaluate and implement new materials, tools, and process innovations. -Conduct training sessions and provide technical support to production teams. -Coordinate with other departments (R&D, quality, equipment) for process-related matters. -Ensure compliance with production standards and company policies, including data security protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Material Science, or related fields.
0–8+ years of relevant experience in automotive manufacturing or process engineering (New graduates are welcome for Assistant Level; 5+ years for Senior Level)
Proficient in AutoCAD, UG (NX), or other 2D/3D drawing software.
Knowledge in BOM, SOP creation, and key assembly processes such as fastening, sealing, and leak testing.
Experience with CP, SOP, CPK, SPC, IATF16949 standards is a plus (for Senior level).
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Chinese language proficiency is an advantage (especially HSK4+).
Passion for automotive industry and eagerness to learn is highly valued.
