Job Descriptions

-Support supervisors in daily warehouse operations and materials management. -Receive materials according to purchase orders, report and follow up on discrepancies. -Monitor materials in/out of the warehouse to ensure accuracy in inventory records. -Ensure FIFO principles are followed and materials are delivered according to production plans. -Track material shortages and anomalies, and update warehouse-related reports promptly. -Handle returns, storage, and management of defective products and physical stock. -Comply with company data security management systems and report any violations.

Qualifications

Vocational Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
Minimum 2 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
Knowledge of engine parts and inventory control systems.
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel (with functions), and PowerPoint.
Experience with audits and inventory inspections.
Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability under pressure.
Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
