Job Descriptions-Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure continuous and stable operation.
-Diagnose and repair faults during production; implement preventive and corrective actions.
-Operate and modify robots; debug robot actions and review robot programs (e.g. ABB, KUKA, Fanuc).
-Understand and program PLCs (Siemens, Omron, etc.) and industrial automation equipment.
Debug and maintain vision systems and industrial cameras used in production lines.
-Interpret electrical circuit diagrams and apply knowledge of various electrical components.
-Prepare and maintain equipment documentation, including SOPs, maintenance manuals, and inspection plans.
-Plan and implement annual maintenance schedules, testing, and final inspection plans.
-Analyze causes of equipment/component failures; proactively replace aged or damaged parts.
-Participate in equipment disposal reviews and technical appraisals of aging machines.
-Provide technical support for complex equipment issues and share knowledge with the maintenance team.
-Manage plant power load and support layout planning for power wiring and distribution.
