Job Descriptions

-Supervise and manage the daily responsibilities of maintenance personnel under your oversight. -Inspect and guide technicians to follow standard maintenance procedures for all machinery. -Perform equipment maintenance and repairs within the required timeframe to minimize downtime. -Conduct daily equipment checks and routine inspections. Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide timely solutions and recommendations. -Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors. -Comply with company safety, security, and information management systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, electrical systems repair, or equipment management.
Ability to read and interpret PLC programs (e.g., Siemens, Omron) and work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
