Job Descriptions

-Manage the physical movement and location tracking of factory low-value consumables and fixed assets. -Maintain documentation and records of factory production equipment -Create and maintain asset registers, including classification, numbering, and tagging. -Conduct physical inventory checks of all low-value and fixed assets, handle asset transfers and write-off procedures, and ensure timely updates of asset information. -Maintain records of maintenance and repair history of production equipment. -Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher; a background in Asset Management or related fields is preferred.

At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in asset management or related roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
Excellent data analysis and report writing skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing both physical assets and document records accurately.
Quick learner with the ability to understand and adapt to company workflows and policies.
