Job Descriptions

-Improve on-site production processes and ensure compliance with work instructions. -Design and modify production tools and fixtures based on process and quality requirements. -Solve technical problems on the shop floor and support trial runs of new materials. -Support training and supervise production staff to ensure effective operations. -Analyze production waste and defects, and implement improvement measures. -Monitor and ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality are met. -Support layout planning, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. -Perform production audits and support internal/external inspections. -Follow and enforce company safety, data security, and quality management systems.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Diploma holders may be considered for Assistant level)
1–5+ years of experience in production site management or manufacturing (automotive industry is a plus).
Knowledge of engine assembly processes and structure is preferred.
Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing, and IE (Industrial Engineering) concepts.
Understanding of quality metrics such as IQS, PPM, FPY, and defect rates.
Ability to use quality control tools (e.g. QCC activities, data analysis, improvement tracking).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas/functions), and PowerPoint.
Experience with 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, UG, SolidWorks) is a plus.
Good learning ability, proactive mindset, and capable of working under pressure.
Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage and will be prioritized.
