Job Descriptions

-Optimize production site processes and ensure staff strictly follow work instructions and safety standards. -Design and improve tooling, jigs, and auxiliary equipment based on production needs. -Resolve technical issues occurring on-site and assist in troubleshooting quality-related problems. -Conduct trials and validations for new materials and processes, and support the department’s trial assembly plans. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, productivity, and quality. -Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in production or field engineering is preferred.
Solid understanding of technical specifications and production standards.
Ability to analyze and resolve on-site issues effectively.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tools, and continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) is a plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; CAD or technical drawing skills are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing production needs.
Chinese language skills are an advantage.
