Our client is a well-known International Trading Company as Milling, and Grinding machines in Thailand that is hiring potential candidates for Finance Manager. Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30-17:30 hrs.) - Financial Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies. - Financial Reporting: Manage the full accounting cycle, including the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, as well as regular financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations. - Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency, including strategic management of forex hedging for foreign currency needs. - Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and investment evaluations. - Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to enhance profitability and drive operational efficiency. - Auditing and Banking: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes. Liaise with banks on banking facilities, including loan agreements and other financial services. - Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance staff, fostering a high-performance team environment. - Process Improvement: Drive continuous process improvement through streamlining workflows, implementing automation, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
At least 8 years of relevant finance & accounting experience, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English both written and spoken. (Interview in English only)
CPD Certificate is required and/or CPA as a plus.
Able to work in Pattanakarn area, Bangkok.
