Job Descriptions
• Understand customer's pain point and transform requirements to software development team.
• Research, evaluate, feature request and market research
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Analyze and identify business process, product metrics, product vision, product feature and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Work in data-driven, continuously identify the new customer needs and game changing opportunities then work on bringing them to life.
• Collaborates with Segments and Digital Team to co-develop a feature and drive products and solution from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
• Create user stories for designers and developer team.
• Daily app optimization with AWS knowledge. Identify issue, bugs of the system. Monitoring backend data and dashboard, analyse data and act accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience as a product owner
- Experience in Digital platform or E-commerce will be advantage
- Strong organizational, analytical, time-management, presentation and communication skill
- Demonstrated superior ability in critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making
- Open minded and digital mindset
