Job Descriptions
1Provides SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Charts in each department
2Process set up in each department (for new factory or facility)
3Assists in change style preparation execution in sewing lines
4Assists in setting up the machine layout in sewing line
5First bundle output monitoring and quality review
6Input and output monitoring
7Initiates efficiency and output improvement
8Monitor actual output per operator
9Conducts WIP analysis in sewing line
10Conducts cycle check to validate the SAMs
11Assists in line balancing
12Executes layout and process flow improvement
13Assists in training the supervisor and senior supervisor for management and leadership skill
14Actual methods improvement
15Cost saving analysis and report
16Works with QC team to improve quality or reduce defect rate%
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ
