1.Repair Machine in case of machine breakdown. 2.Prepare PM plan and follow up on plan. 3.Summary machine down time and Analysis root cause and prepare plan to prevent the problem. 4.Controlling the work of subordinate employees 5. Summarize the monthly results.

Qualifications

Sex : Male/Female
Age : 25-35 years up
Bachelor degree in Machanical Engineering , Electronics Engineering , Electrical Engineerinng or relate
Experience : 3-5 years..
Experience of Electronics factory , Knowledge about Surface Mount Technology (SMT) ,FA and defect analysis skill , skill of SMT ,Soldering and inspection machine (AOI) , Able to use Electronics tool / Equipment for defect analysis , Can used Solid works /Auto CAD . , Electrical knowledge , Machine Design
Good command of spoken and written in English/Japanese communication
