- New model launching and process evaluation.
- Improve process to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Technical resolve,analysis,concern Part Assembly & Welding Process.
- Control and maintain production process follow company standardization.
- Design of tooling and equipment to support production team.
- Prepare and set up Standard Document and maintain the system.
- Prepare and submit PPAP documents.
- Improvement and cost saving in manufacturing.
- Project as assigned.
- Male 25-30 years
- Bachelor degree or higher preferable in Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related field.
- At least 1-3 year experience in Mechanical & welding process Engineer filed.
- Command used program 2D&3D Auto CAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solid work
- Readable and understand the drawing and GD&T Symbols. Experienced in welding.
- Knowledge in APQP ,PPAP ,FMEA, Control plan concept.
- Can working under pressure with limit lead-time.
- Command spoken and written English will be advantage.
- Able to travel work on their own.
