- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. - Implement security measures. - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. - Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems. - Install and update company software and hardware as needed. - Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items. - Troubleshooting technical issues. - Resolving network issues. - Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. - Setting up accounts for new users as necessary. - In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks. - Implementing workflow system interface with ERP software (SAP,Oracle) - Applies methodology effectively on client engagements. - Responsible for the functional/technical administration and supporting the technical architecture as well as supporting end user inquiries. - Provide recommendations on current and future platform capacity requirements. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Provide any support that required from Company.

Qualifications

Male with Thai nationality.
At least bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline, such as computer science, information technology or computer engineering or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in specific systems or programming or others related field.
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Good organization, time management and prioritization.
Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment.
A positive and professional demeanor.
