Job Descriptions
- Responsible for all administrative tasks and manage related document as assigned by HR.
- Purchase office stationary and related equipment.
- Manage/Arrange hotel, air ticket and company vehicle reservation.
- Manage and coordinate with drivers, messenger and maid.
Qualifications
- Female, Age over 25 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Have experience in Admin or purchasing around 1-2 years.
- Having skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Pleasant personality, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure,Well organized, fast learning and service minded.
