Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field; a specialization in dairy or confectionery products is highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in R&D within the food industry, with a portfolio of successful product launches, preferably in the ice cream or confectionery sector.
- Creative thinker with a passion for food innovation and a keen sense of market trends and consumer preferences.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of leading a team through the complexities of product development from idea to shelf.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and inspire teams towards a common goal.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices, packaging technologies, and eco-friendly materials.
- Business acumen, with the ability to balance creativity with cost effectiveness and profitability.
