Job Descriptions
HRM: - Coordinate with Social Insurance Office, Revenue Department, Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare as well as governmental agency and private organization with regard to Administration Dept. - Carry out the plans of Administration Dept. in terms of manpower, structure of wages and salary, welfares and other related tasks; including settlement and solution of problems or controversial situations as well as complaints and prosecution which cooperation with Labor Department or Labor Court is required with respect to lobor unions or employee welfare commission of Company - Make documents and carry out the criteria or standard procedures regarding wages and salary structure and Company’s welfare; including adjustment of Company’s structure, job transfer, promotion, and adjustment of wages and salary of employees - Make conclusion of the rate of taking leaves of employees monthly and annually to support the evaluation of employee’s work performance - Calculate wages and salary, welfare; including taxes, and social insurance premium of employees; report any registration change of the insured party to Social Insurance Office; apply for tax payment ID from Revenue Department for employees - Recruit new employees thorugh determined application based on the request of each Department - Carry out the determined plans and manage the annual physical check-up for employees HRD : - Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization. - Supervise technical training for staff. - Conduct orientation sessions. - Create brochures and training materials. - Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations. - Create testing and evaluation processes. - Prepare and implement training budget. - Evaluate needs of company and plan training programs accordingly. - Conduct performance evaluations. - Provide companies with classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops. - Manage staff of classroom facilitators.
  1. Age 18 years up
  2. Bachelor's Degree Personnel Management Or Directly Related Field
  3. Have experience 1-3 years in Administration
  4. Knowledge and Skill Computer /English/Japanese are advantage
  5. Stong Solution Skill,Relation Ship, work under presure
  6. Systems implement experience
