รายละเอียดงาน
To be responsible all activities of product and process development to fulfill customer requirement and company target
1.Develop new products to meet customer requirement
2. Provides costing reports of new and improved products that ensure productivity and cost -saving benefits
3. Issues specifications for raw meat, ingredients and product standards
4. Coordinate with production, quality assurance, planning and other related departments and always attend the line trial, pre-production and 1st production to ensure the product quality
5. Coordinate with sales team to continuous developing new product
6.Solving problems and finding solution for new product development to maximize customer satisfaction
7. Responsible in the product commissioning of new products and technology transfer to Production and QA teams.
8. Responsible in updates on product costing to better facilitate the company's productivity in terms of yield, speed and cost.
9. Improve the existing product and process technology
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences, Food Technology or new product development or related fields
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in R & D function in Food industries
- English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), creative and excellent communication
- Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power point, SAP data base system)
- 5 Working Days /Week (Mon-Fri)
