รายละเอียดงาน***Responsibilities***
1. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new market trends, growth plans, customers & partnerships managements, new products, and services to be included in portfolio, and new ways of reaching targeted customer.
2. Generate leads and cold call to prospective customers. Including ability to negotiate with customer.
3. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
4. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
5. Competitor research, identifying strengths and weaknesses of customer, and provide a counter differentiation strategy to the management team.
6. Strategy- carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes and effective marketing strategies.
7. Train the members of your team, arranging external training to dealers and distributors when appropriate.
8. Generate a sales pipeline and increase sales revenue.
9. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to management/the board of directors
***Qualifications***
1. A minimum of bachelor’s degree with 5 years of work experience in sales.
2. Experience in Retail or Wholesaling.
3. Adaptability, flexibility, and a team player.
4. Process of official driving license
5. Proficiency in Microsoft office.
6. Based in Bangkok or its vicinity.
