Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and direction to a team of project managers who implements the combination of agile, waterfall practice and the scrum methodology for planning, execution, and delivery of projects. - Able to work with senior management or C-Level leaders to deliver corporate strategic projects and other BAU projects. - Standardize how, what, when to conduct the steering committee to make sure everyone is on the same page with latest information, visualize the state and clarify risks of the project. - Able to initiate, implement, and consolidate only best practice, processes, and tools within technology team and across the organization. - Lead project portfolio generation, conduct reviews, and use strong data analysis to manage risk and address escalated impediments Responsible for coaching and mentoring on Agile/Scrum methodologies/ and other principles and practices

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
Hands on and background in SAP project
5+ years of experience as a project manager, PMO
Excellent soft skills (Communication and presentation) and analytical thinking skills
