รายละเอียดงาน
1.เน้น support operation ในส่วนของ Application
2.เคย Support งาน helpdesk รับปัญหาตรงจาก user หน้างานเอง ไม่ผ่านการสั่งงานจากหัวหน้าอย่างเดียว
3.สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้ Design การแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้
4.เคย Support ประสานงานส่ง case ให้ vendor พร้อมทั้ง Tag vendor เรื่องการส่งงาน ประสานงาน
5.Business สายโรงงาน ถ้าเป็น Automobile ได้ยิ่งดีค่ะ
6.สามารถทำ OT หลังเลิกงาน หรือวันหยุดบ้างได้ เพื่อชดเชยกรณีที่พนักงานลา (ไม่มีค่า OT)
7.ทำงานวันเสาร์ เดือนละ 1 เสาร์
8.ห้ามใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือในเวลางาน ห้ามนำโทรศัพท์เข้าพื้นที่เลย ให้วางไว้ใน locker เท่านั้น
9.มี service mind ที่ดี
10.(Optional) เคย Support ระบบงาน e-workflow ของ Microsoft Power Automate
11.(Optional) ถ้ามี technical ในการดู source code (.Net) หรือ query (SQL) ได้ในการตรวจสอบ data
12.(Optional) เคยทำงานด้าน System analyst มาก่อน ไม่ซ้บซ้อนก็ได้
- Outsourcing Application support functional working instead of customer member
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Following problem-solving process procedure with SLA
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures"
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer science or a related field
- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Good control troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Good service mind
- Solid knowledge of business Manufacturing
- Age not over 30 years
- At least 2 year experience in application support
