Leila Amulets is a spiritual-inspired jewelry brand rooted in temple traditions, offering meaningful designs for protection, luck, and prosperity. We are currently looking for a passionate and reliable Online Admin to join our growing team.
Location: Central Ladprao (Subject to change. Occasional off-site event support may be required.)
Working Hours: Full-time, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Your Responsibilities:
•Handle online customer inquiries via social media and chat platforms
•Manage order processing and customer follow-ups
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
•Support the team at marketing events and pop-up shops when needed
Qualifications:
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Experience with online platforms and basic computer proficiency
•Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
•Interest in spiritual or meaningful products is a plus
