Our mother company Cloudbird is located in Hangzhou, China, and is one of the biggest e-commerce enablers for domestic and foreign brands in Mainland China. Business intel and consultancy: includes everything from local branding and market researches, to CBEC/SEC channel integration and market entry strategy advice. CG’s profound experience and exclusive access to valuable e-commerce data from China and Thailand allows us to conduct a detailed analysis for your company and brand, and recommend a precise and nuanced approach to successfully start operations for your online business.
Warehousing and logistics: we can make use of platform’s warehouses and according 3PL systems, as well as our own warehouse (software). Depending on your business model, CG will implement and operate low-cost, high-quality warehousing and logistics solutions tailored to your business’ exact needs.
Store setup and maintenance: CG provides a one-stop-solution to all your e-shop operations, including affiliated websites, social media pages and customer service. Our team will install and design your web store, and run all day-to-day sales and inventory operations, i.e. stock management, after-sales services, campaign management and promotions, and more.
Digital marketing: CG works together with ZAAP and has access to a pool of more than 6000+ KOLs/influencers to promote your brand on all e-commerce and social channels. We will create wider online visibility, increase customer engagement, and generate more followers on all channels.
