FlyAudio is a company that design and manufacture electronic products such as car navigation, car overhead play, dash cam, security camera etc. Company headquarters is located in Guangdong, China, With a fully enclosed modern production workshop covering an area of more than 30,000 square meters, more than 90% of the production lines are fully automated, and equipped with multiple AGV material delivery robots to improve production efficiency and product quality. All production lines use digital management and traceability systems to conduct detailed production monitoring and management of each product. The production workshop is equipped with 6 SMT patch lines (FUJI NXT-III), MPM stencil machine, Stratasys SPI, JUTIZE AOI, capable of producing all components above 0201 and POP production. The factory has 3 wave soldering production lines, equipped with ATC automatic function detection system. Raw materials and finished products are connected to the factory SAP system and MES digital traceability system.
