- Operator training & level up planning
- Machine capacity and machine layout establish
- Productivity and Overall Effective Equipment improvement
- Research new innovation and cooperate with oversea
- New innovation Yokoten to all factory
- Pokayoke and Karakuri design and install
- Cost reduction and VA/VE
- APQP production core team (include PCR)
- Quality cost improvement
- New project standard making and level up
- Safety and Environment audit support
- Production KPI making and follow up
- Support customer audit
- ISO TS 16949 and 14001 support
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai Male or Female age 38-45 years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production
- Knowledge of powdered metal
- Knowledge of manufacturing budgeting and forecasting procedures
- Knowledge of administrative and management procedures
- Knowledge of ISO 16949 (IATF), Lean system, 3 Pillar, Muda
- Knowledge of Technical skill such as Machine and Drawing
- Able to use computer in program Ms.Office , Powerpoint
- Good command in English or Japanese will be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure , Proactive skill , Work actively in team and good communication skill
- Military serviced.
