Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure fast response to customer complaints
Ensure 8D/CAR reports are submitted on time as per customer requirement
Ensure the quality of 8D corrective and preventive actions. Take action to prevent recurrence of the quality issues
Prepare reports related to the KPIs of the department and present it to the management Daily/Weekly/Monthly - as requested
Train team in problem solving, motivate team and keep the morale high
Attend customer meetings and visit customer plants as required
Dispute claims which are not caused by Supavut, Maintain quality rating of Supavut high with all customers.
Ensure compliance to all applicable systems and procedures
Manage expenses to be under the specified plan. Accurate and timely budget plan and budget usage report
