รายละเอียดงาน
Position: Production Planning
Working day: Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 17:30 (ทำงานทุกเสาร์ก่อนผ่านโปร และเสาร์เว้นเสาร์หลังผ่านโปร)
Location: Pathum Thani (Industrial Area)
Industry: Manufacturing / Aluminum Precision Diecasting
Responsibilities:
•Plan and manage production schedules based on customer orders, forecast demand, delivery requirements, etc.
•Monitoring and control production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
•Communicate with customer regarding delivery schedules or problems.
•Manage stocks and inventory.
•Handled work-in-process (WIP), finished goods, and other raw materials to support production line.
•Cross-functional team coordination: [ Internal: production line, procurement, warehouse, sales teams ] and [ External: suppliers, subcontractors, etc. ]
•Manage manufacturing capacity and resource allocation.
•Cost reduction and productivity improvement activities.
•Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks
•Other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in production control or production planning within manufacturing company.
- Experience in managing or leader will be highly advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP system.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Experience in aluminum die-casting / metal processing / automotive parts manufacturing will be highly advantage.
