รายละเอียดงาน
- Follow up and control sales staff to achieve monthly sales target. - Coordinate with inter - organization to support sales team with a good result. - Coordinate with customer and issue visiting plan by control and following. - Conduct sale volume and monthly sale activity. - Conduct company KPI and report the result (Weekly , Monthly) and action when it is no achievement. - Follow up and gathering customer evaluation and claim complaint with summary report. - Summary & Report abnormality of SOP , WI or irregular case. - Handling assigned customer. - Filing , Summary and report control document such as RFQ,NBC sheet , First product request sheet , Master plan , Packing standard , Drawing , customer & supplier manual , Customer requirement - Support the team regarding to negotiation from customer claim complaint or any case required. - Training sales staff for working process.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male or Female 35-40 years.
  2. Bachelor degree in any related field.
  3. Excellent written, reading and spoken in English is advantage.
  4. Document control and PPAP skill APQP, QCC, Kaizen, New Model, QCDS is a plus.
  5. Understand Drawing reading.
  6. Leading skill & Team player
  7. Public Responsibility & strong service mind ,Creative thinking,Flexibility and fast learning
  8. Experience Sales , New Model Control , Automotive industries, Delivery control , Import &Export business , Customer service.
  9. Have skills in negotiation and cost calculation are advantage.
