รายละเอียดงาน
- Provide a high level of support within data center (Network Operation Centre: NOC) operations and ensuring that the systems run properly.
- Provide first level of fault recovery with Network Engineer team, System Engineer team
- Provide customer service for any data center issues (On-line and phone) and follow up issues as concerned.
- Perform scheduled data center preventive maintenance (24x7)
- Assist Network/System Engineer on network equipment installation.
- Assist in data recovery and disaster management in case there is a security breach or lost data.
- Prepare backup for systems so that data is not lost if there is a problem with the system.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in data center operational support or related position.
- Understanding of how successful processing of data center jobs and processes impacts hospital business is preferable.
- Customer Service focus, team player and good communication skills.
- Initiative an innovative in IT system.
