- Create job opportunities and give career advice for job seekers
- Introduce and explain the job opportunities and attractive points to apply for the position
- Search right candidates from internal and external database
- Build strong relationships with candidates, by strategically maintaining candidates pool with system
- Advice the candidates how to realize their life goal by providing the job market trend
- Closely work with Recruiting Advisor team who take care of client side by sharing the full information about candidates
- Create candidates’ CV in format with system
- Arrange interview schedule and prepare for documents in offer phase
- Other assigned tasks
Provided Training for new employee
- Company orientation
- Seminars and knowledge share
- OJT
Working Time: 8.30-17.30 (Mon-Fri)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age around 23-30 years old
- Have at least 6 Month’s work experience as Customer Support or Sales or other related field to take care of customers
- High responsibility and strong sense of ownership for work
- Strong customer-oriented mind and result oriented mind
- Willingness to hit KPI and Sales targets
- Team work mind and extrovert personality
- Someone who has knowledge of job function such as IT, Engineer, Accounting, HR&GA, Sales, Marketing.
- Have work experience in recruiting agency or internal talent acquisition
