IT Systems and Network Administration
- Administer Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, system configurations, and server maintenance.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V.
- Monitor system operations, analyze performance, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Ensure the reliability and security of computer systems and networks through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
User Support and Account Management
- Set up and manage user accounts, ensuring proper access levels and permissions.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests, providing timely resolutions.
- Install or remove standardized software as per organizational requirements.
IT Asset and Contract Management
- Oversee procurement of all IT devices, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and budgets.
- Renew contracts for IT devices and services, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain an inventory of IT assets and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
Device and Peripheral Maintenance
- Service and maintain all printers, VOIP phones, video conferencing equipment, and related peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with IT devices, escalating complex problems when required.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
General Responsibilities
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the organization’s IT objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role. Experience in configuring Cisco and Allied Telesis devices will be considered a significant advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11 and applications including MS Office 2016, 2021 and Office 365. Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication will be considered a significant advantage. Strong interpersonal communication abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Additional Knowledge: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
