•Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. •Establish quality policies, procedures, and objectives aligned with the organization's strategic goals. •Develop and execute strategic quality plans and initiatives to enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. •Define quality metrics, KPIs, and targets to measure performance and drive continuous improvement efforts. •Lead quality control activities, including inspection, testing, and auditing, to ensure compliance with product specifications, standards, and regulations. •Implement quality assurance processes to identify and address root causes of quality issues and non-conformities. •Collaborate with purchasing and supplier management teams to establish supplier quality standards, evaluate supplier performance, and drive supplier development initiatives. •Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality requirements and specifications. •Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries, concerns, and feedback. •Lead customer satisfaction initiatives and implement corrective actions to address quality-related customer issues and improve overall satisfaction. •Work closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and other departments to integrate quality requirements into product development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management. •Champion a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement across the organization through training, communication, and recognition programs. •Ensure compliance with relevant automotive quality standards, regulations, and customer-specific requirements, such as PPAP and APQP. •Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in automotive quality assurance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male, age 38 - 48 years old.
Bachelor's degree of Engineering or Industrial Technology, higher in related fields.
At least 15 years in QA/QC with Automotive industry, prefers Japanese manufacturing.
5 years in management role as Assistant Manager or Manager
Good communication in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
Able to speak Japanese would be a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
Well-understanding of Die-casting process.
