รายละเอียดงาน
1. Plan, manage and oversee production
2. Design and implement cost-reductive changes
3. Develop and draught an improved production process
4. Assess and analyse current production methods
5. Follow product specifications and quality control measures
6. Increase speed and efficiency of processes
7. Ensure all steps of production run efficiently
8. Develop and implement quality control measures
9. Educate employees on proper methods to operate machinery
10. Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems
11. Work within set budgetary plans for the project
12. Follow all safety rules and regulations
13. Communicate with clients and venders to obtain materials and/or equipment needed
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male, Age 25 years up.
- Bachelor degree in Industrial or Production Engineering , Mechanical Engineering or Relatde field.
- With minimum of 2 years' experience preferable in automotive parts manufacturing and new model.
- Experience in CNC (Fanuc, Okuma and Brother) will be an advantage.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Strong in leadership,coaching and decision making skills.
- Positive thinking, energetic, initiative, pro-active and a good team leader.
- Good cooperation and attitude to work with people as teamwork.
- Capable to use Autocad, Solidwork for mechanical design and layout drawings
- Knowledge about to IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 system.
- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
