Responsibilities: Free Zone Import Shipment (Sea, Air, DHL): Prepare declaration information (Thai description, Thai HS code) for the import shipment. Check and verify the declaration draft. Communicate with the shipping agent regarding the expected arrival time of the import shipment and any related customs clearance matters. Check the invoice sent by the shipping agent and submit it to the finance department for payment processing by the due date. Free Zone Export Shipment: Prepare a draft packing list for checking the shipping method. Book shipments (Sea, Air, Courier). Issue invoices through the ERP system. Prepare the full set of export documentation. Check the export declaration draft for accuracy and compliance. Qualification:

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or shipping role, preferably in the manufacturing or trading industry
Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
Must have practical experience in Free Zone (FZ) operations.
Must have knowledge and hands-on experience with BOI import/export procedures.
Able to coordinate air and sea shipments under EXW, FOB, and DDP terms.
Proficient in using logistics management software and tools
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
