รายละเอียดงาน
1.Manage and optimize SMT production processes to improve productivity, yield, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
2.Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce DPPM, cycle time, production costs, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
3.Analyze process defects, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions using 5Why, Fishbone, FTA, and 8D methodologies.
4.Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Cpk, and other process control documentation.
5.Operate, program, optimize, troubleshoot, and improve SMT equipment, including Printer, JUKI Mounting Machine (Pick & Place), Reflow Oven, SPI, and AOI.
6.Perform JUKI Mounting Machine setup, feeder and nozzle configuration, model changeover, and parameter optimization to maximize machine performance and placement accuracy.
7.Optimize SMT process parameters, improve SPI/AOI performance, support stencil design improvement, and ensure machine reliability through preventive maintenance (PM).
8.Support New Product Introduction (NPI), new model qualification, process validation, and production ramp-up.
9.Monitor and improve process capability (Cpk), Yield, OEE, and DPPM to achieve production and quality targets.
10.Provide technical leadership, coaching, and training to engineers, technicians, and production personnel, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support ISO compliance and internal/external audits.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Age 30 years or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA and SMT manufacturing processes, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead engineering role preferred.
- Hands-on experience with JUKI Mounting Machine (Pick & Place), including programming, setup, parameter optimization, troubleshooting, and model changeover.
- Strong knowledge of SMT process control, including PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Cpk, DPPM, Yield, and OEE.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills using tools such as 5Why, Fishbone, FTA, and 8D.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and continuous improvement projects.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; experience with internal and external audits is an advantage.
- Good command of English; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
- Good leadership, communication, coaching, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
