รายละเอียดงาน
• Provide legal advice to upper-level staff to ensure the best legal approach is taken for business ventures, reviewing major contracts, agreements and other legal documents, ensuring the corporation or agency is acting in accord with all applicable laws.
• Arrange Board of Director Meetings and Shareholder Meeting including preparation of related document in English.
• Prepare and filing application and legal document.
• Draft, review, negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Research laws and regulations and give appropriate legal opinion on various business issues.
• Update business-related laws and regulations to the Management.
• Ensure that all raised cased are solved with immediate response.
• Perform the other tasks as per assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male/female, aged between 22-38 years old
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Law
- Possess a good command in English communication skills, i.e. writing, speaking, listening and reading skills.
- Have at least 0-1 year of proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal contracts and documents.
- Have excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Demonstrate ability to create legal defensive and proactive strategies.
- Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person.
