Job Description: As a Legal Officer at [Your Company Name], you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and providing legal support across various aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
•Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
•Providing legal advice and support to internal departments on a wide range of legal issues.
•Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
•Assisting in the resolution of legal disputes and managing legal risks.
•Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field (LLB or equivalent).
- Admission to the Bar in [relevant jurisdiction].
- years of experience as a Legal Officer, Corporate Counsel, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills..
