Responsibilities:
- JPS Coordinator.
- JPS BP implementation follow up.
- Self Assessment and Gap analysis.
- Reduce operation lead time/Lean flow operation setting.
- Main leader of the In-house activity.
- VSM/VSD Kaizen, MFO reduce operation lead time/Lean flow operation setting.
- Implement Suggestion : In-house Jishuken activity.
- Workshop Project : Advance Jishuken.
- Workshop saving : JPTS-Joyson Project Tracking System
- JPS Trainer
- JPS Global Standard implementation.
- 5S and Visual Standard Management.
- Analyze and identify opportunities to reduce process variation, improve process capabilities and optimize process performance.
- Develop process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate the deployment of new and changed processes to provide improved results.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female only, 25 - 33 years of age, Bachelor of Engineering or higher in Sciences or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in supervisory level is a plus.
- Can work full-time hours and may have to work longer hours or on weekends depending upon what kinds of production , Quality , Delivery or safety issues arise.
- Good English communication skill, good coaching, and leadership techniques.
- Good relationship, friendly, positive thinking
- Knowledge of Quality Management, Safety Control, Project Management, etc. will be advantages.
- Being proactive, result oriented and hands on, with ability to think logically, and to make decision with sound judgement.
- Lean Manufacturing skill, TPS skill (Material and Information Flow Charts, Value Stream Mapping [VSM], etc.).
- Problem solving skill, standardized, systematic thinking
- Experience working with ISO / IATF16949 and ERP system
