รายละเอียดงาน-Handle documentation works i.e. typing (by both computer and typewriter), manage the incoming/outgoing, filing document including the electronic mail with accuracy and in order for future use.
-Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial statements, minutes, submit claims and other documents.
- Help follow up the progress of all function.
-Handle daily appointment schedule, meeting, traveling, and other activities in the Executive’s calendar in order to support their effective time management.
-Arrange, coordinate and prepare the meeting in order to achieve the purpose of that meeting.
-Assist the executives to work smoothly for their best time management e.g. answering / making the phone calls, screening the incoming calls and visitors on the necessity and urgency basis.
-Coordinate on traveling arrangements both domestic and international for the executives and other personnel both internal and external upon assignment
