Position: Process Engineer
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
Over 24 years old
Experience: 0-2 years
Roles/Responsibilities:
1.Study and improve production processes.
2.Establish standards and production conditions.
3.Monitor and improve machine breakdowns/downtime in the production process.
4.Present and summarize results of process improvement and troubleshooting.
5.Perform basic Thermodynamic calculations and designs.
6.Evaluate and prepare documents for ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001.
7.Design experiments to develop products or production processes.
8.Communicate effectively in English.
Position: Supervisor Process Engineer
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related fields.
Age: Over 26 years old
Experience: Over 2 years
Roles/Responsibilities:
1.Plan and design experiments related to the development of efficient production systems.
2.Solve production-related problems to ensure continuous production.
3.Analyze problems in the production process and create standard procedures for issue resolution.
4.Collaborate in the development and testing of new products with the R&D team.
5.Oversee, study, and develop more efficient utility systems that support production.
6.Initiative the projects to enhance the efficiency of internal factory operations and production processes.
7.Evaluate and prepare documents for ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001.
8.Manage internal team operations for maximum efficiency.
9.Coordinate and communicate internally and externally to ensure smooth workflow.
10.Develop training programs within the team to enhance knowledge and abilities for organizational development.
11.Communicate effectively in English.

- Male Over 24 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering,Polymer
- Have experience about process engineer, process improvement, mechanical improvement at least 2 years in industry field.
