Marketing Analyst Specialist (CRM)

รายละเอียดงาน
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop smart solutions for data collecting, data extraction and working process for marketing team.
• Manage and analyze general and ad-hoc marketing data for online and off-line campaigns.
• Determine and prepare data reports and collaborate with marketing team to develop marketing strategies.
• Present marketing data reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Create campaign for execution and analysis.
• Collaborate with affiliate tools to build dashboards for regular and ad-hoc tracking.
• Lead the day-to-day management of the CRM database, including data imports, data hygiene and user management.
• Monitor and support the collection and management of all customer related data.
• Efficiently route prospects to sales staff, monitor sales activity and provide reporting on sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure CRM is being utilized in the most efficient way.
• Develop tracking and reporting to inform digital marketing and demand generation campaigns.
• Maintain a premier training curriculum for new and existing users
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields (statistics, data science, data engineering or data marketing).
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in CRM or Data Management
- Experience and skill of experience as data /reporting analyst with SQL querying proficiency
- Strong project management skills and able to lead cross functional team
- Strong analytical and creativity with Marketing driven
